In case you were wondering, the most common questions people ask about our charters.
What is included in the charter price?
The catamaran comes fully equipped with personnel as well as: a fridge, oven cups, plates and cutlery. You will also find a toilet inside and a shower on deck.
Are food and drinks provided onboard?
No, you’re welcome to bring your own food & drinks and make use of the yacht’s facilities. If you prefer, we can also offer you a set menu for just €41.50 per person.
Can I bring pets on board?
Yes, small size pets are allowed with an extra €50 cleaning fee.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Whilst there is no set route because of so many varying factors such as wind, jellyfish and client’s requests. We always do our utmost to meet our clients’ expectations but the Skipper will always have the final say due to legal/safety purposes.
Can you pick us up from a different location?
Yes sure, but please note there is a small additional fee and the timings are slightly different as shown below: Valletta Harbour: 10:00-18:00hrs €100 Sliema: 10:00-18:00hrs – +€100 Excelsior Hotel: 10:00-18:00hrs – +€50 (Hotel Guests Only) Portomaso Marina: 10:00-18:00hrs +€150 (Residents and Hotel Guests Only)
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable except for heavy seas and wind of force 4 and over for sailboats and catamarans. Cloudy weather and summer rain is not considered as bad weather
Whats included on the catamaran?
Outdoor shower, External table , External speakers, Bathing ladder, Safety net, USB socket, GPS, Depth sounder, VHF, Fridge, Freezer, Oven/stovetop, BBQ grill, Ice box. 2 SUP and inflatables. All other extras to be added at checkout.
